The first event in this Season’s five-event Handicap Blitz Grand Prix was a cracker, played 5 November, with 25 entries.
After a pulsating evening’s, competition, to the accompaniment of local fireworks, there was a tie for first spot, between David Sands and Alin, on 5½/7 and a tie for 3rd place between Philip and David Spearman.
