The two Wanstead teams in the Essex Knockout – Wanstead A and Wanstead B – both reached the finals of, respectively, the Cup and the Plate. Lawrance Cup retained

The finals of the North Circular League’s rapid cup knockout competitions were contested on 21 July 2022 by teams from Barking and Wanstead, with both Cup Finals being played together at Barking, who fielded two near full strength teams whilst the visitors game plans were slightly disrupted by a couple of late withdrawals.
