The two Redbridge All Sorts teams were in action this evening in Round 5 of the 4NCL Online, with both teams winning 3-1. Finding a way through the Tiers

Tiers there maybe, but W&WCC carries on. Rule of Six is for the present kicked into touch. London and Essex are currently on Covid alert Level Tier 2 – High, meaning we cannot currently play OTB chess as indoor gatherings are currently banned. So how can we continue to meet? The second outing of the Wanstead Wanderers in this season’s League of Mayhem was a disappointing loss by 3-1 to Hackney Hungry, blunders spoiling chances of taking advantage of Ashley’s excellent win. Important change affecting Club nights

With effect from 00:01 on Saturday 17 October, London and Essex move into Covid-19 alert level Tier 2 – High. This means that indoor gatherings are banned outside your household and Club night games have to cease until the alert level returns to Tier 1. There is, however, an exception in respect of education and training. League of Mayhem Wanstead Wanderers kicked off the second League of Mayhem campaign with a win against St. Geroge’s Dragons. You can find the details in the team page Activities/LoM D1 The Club’s two teams in Division 2 start their schedule next Thurs, 15 Oct.
