Whilst we are once again unable to meet as a Club, Tournament Secretary, Mark Murrell, is taking the opportunity to hold an Online 2021 Club Championship. Play will be on the lichess platform. Participants are also encouraged (but not compelled) to have an open Zoom call at the same time to add that missing social element to the encounters. The rate of play will be all moves in 60 minutes with 15 second increments and ECF online rated. The Club’s online policy applies.
The format of the online Club Championship will be a 5-round Swiss played on our lockdown Tuesdays of 5, 12, 19 Jan and 2, 16 February at 7:30 pm. Time Control G60+15.
