The London League Fixture List saga is hopefully completed with publication of the re-drawn list. WW fixtures are completely re-drawn with new dates and a mostly new set of venues, now including the home venues of clubs with their own central London venues (some of which are changed from last season).
We have now re-drawn our London Chess League page both the match cards and the venues list below that. The only thing that is unchanged is the list of opposing clubs, otherwise a number of the dates have changed as have some of the venues. Fortunately we now have only one trip to Mindsports Centre in Hammersmith. Albany have changed venue and now play at a Greene King pub, the Greene Man on Euston Road; looks good.
And we have Mark Murrell to thank on the fixtures being updated so qujickly on the ECF LMS as he was assisting LL by taking on the task of populating the LMS with this season’s fixtures. We believe Mark was updating the LMS with the new LL fixture list while controlling last night’s Essex League match EL1 v EL2 and a paired first round of the U1650 Ladder!
