Tiers there maybe, but W&WCC carries on. Rule of Six is for the present kicked into touch. London and Essex are currently on Covid alert Level Tier 2 – High, meaning we cannot currently play OTB chess as indoor gatherings are currently banned. So how can we continue to meet? Important change affecting Club nights

With effect from 00:01 on Saturday 17 October, London and Essex move into Covid-19 alert level Tier 2 – High. This means that indoor gatherings are banned outside your household and Club night games have to cease until the alert level returns to Tier 1.
