Highlighted activity is the 7-Round Club Championship – Round 1, 12 October. An email has gone to all members: to enter the Club Championship reply to that email. We also have our “first of the month” speed events – Lightning, Blitz, Rapid and the Handicap Blitz Grand Prix (“HBGP”) – the first of which is HBGP 1, this Tuesday 5 October, which Members can enter via the Attendance Form.
We are also expecting a programme of League matches. The Central London League, which is a new competition for us, has already started – the Club won its first match – the first of our leagues to resume after the Covid hiatus and we have a fixture list for these matches, which will shortly appear here – look out for a further announcement. We shall imminently submit our entry for the Essex League and London League – both reduced in scope – and the fixtures for these will follow in due course.
