The UK emerges from national lockdown on 2 December, with the implementation of HMG’s Winter Plan.
The three Tier alert system remains in use, with slightly tighter provisions. Under the Winter Plan, the Club can resume meetings to play chess under Tier 1 and Tier 2, but not under Tier 3. There are slightly tighter restrictions under Tier 2 than before.
